At Medichecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your unused and unopened test kit within 30 days for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the test kit is unused, in its original packaging, and securely sealed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our central distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned kit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
